Yeah, I have a problem lol

On my last computer I had windows XP on my main HDD and I had a backup HDD. I moved "Ny Documents" as I felt it would be safer in my backup HDD, but then my main HDD blew, but I didnt loose my data as I had moved it too the secondary HDD. When I tried to get into "My Documents" on the backup HDD it said you do not have enough permissions to access this folder?
