I totaly agree, Intel's Q6600 Quad core runs @ 2.4Ghz, while the AMD Dual Core 64 x2 runs @ 3.0Ghz. Now what do you think is faste? The answer is obviously the Quad, in 90% of -*test*-('") on both of them, the Quad was on top by at leat 45%. Not only this but most programmes dont fully utalize the Quad core as they arnt programmed them to use 4 cores, kepping this in mind its still alot faster than the Dual. When games and programmes are made to use the full capabilities of a Quad Core that will mean that a 2.4Ghz Quad would be a pathetic amount faster than a Dual Core 6.0Ghz, not only this but the Intel Q6600 can be overclocked to 4.0Ghz for free, now thats value for money.
