Hello, and welcome to VG-Express on behalf of me and our staff. Here you will find the rules and regulations, don't forget to keep checking back regulary as they will be updated.
Rules
1. No Advertising of other forums, websites, products, or any other kind unless you have permission from a member of staff. Failure to comply will find you assimilated into the ranks of "Banned"
2. No Spam is ONLY to go into the Spam Center, we will give out written warnings, followed by an increase of 10% of your warning level for each individual incindence outside of the SPam Center. Reach 100% and you will find your self with "BANNED" slapped right across your forhead.
3. No Violent, Pornographic or offensive images of any kind. Extreme offences will result in a permanent ban. while minor will increase your warn level, amount depends on how serious the offence is.
4. No Flaming or Trolling of any Kind. Members are People, People have feelings and the right to freedom of speech. If you find yourself in an uncomfortable situation with another member, sort it out maturely via PM or Elsewhere, nobody else Wants to see it. If you do break out in a Flame war, both offenders will recieve a temporary ban. Trolling will get you a Permanent ban.
